Founded
It Started With a Blender and a Dream
In the summer of 2021, our founder Maya Chen was at a farmer's market, frustrated by the lack of truly fresh, sustainably-made juice options. Armed with a portable solar panel, a commercial blender, and a cooler full of organic produce, she set up a folding table and started blending.
The response was immediate and overwhelming. People didn't just want juice — they wanted to feel good about what they were drinking and how it was made. Within six months, Maya had traded the folding table for a fully outfitted solar-powered truck.
Today, rallystreamwink.monster serves thousands of customers each month across farmers markets, corporate events, festivals, and pop-ups. Our truck's rooftop solar array generates enough energy to power our entire operation — cold-press machines, refrigeration units, lighting, and POS systems — completely off-grid.
